PRACTICAL COURSES

Get stuck in and create amazing dishes like a pro! Weather permitting, we will be preparing outside and cooking up a storm. We aren't trying to teach you to 'suck eggs' - just giving you a few interesting ways to prepare local produce to create simple, gastronomic delights.

Sit back, watch and eat! This is designed for the chef to do all the work whilst you have an evening of entertainment, accompanied with plenty of food and wine!

 

GASTRONOMIC HOLIDAYS

For people that love food and wine. We are currently working on week long trips in France, Italy and Spain.
